Our staff is experienced in aesthetic services dedicated to enhancing your personal appearance and health of your skin. Our mission is to provide a personalized aesthetic treatment program so you can achieve your personal goals. We use state-of-the-art light-based technology as well as the latest medical procedures. Best of all, all our laser treatments (photofacial/IPL, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal) and injectables (BOTOX^®, Fillers) are performed by the physician.

Dr. Donna Lee

Medical Director

Dr. Lee grew up in the Bay Area, so she understands first hand how much the sun can damage skin over time. She earned a B.S. from UC Berkeley in Bioengineering and her M.D. from the University of Southern California, both with honors. She finished her residency at Valley Medical Center in San Jose and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lee is dedicated to keeping her patients healthy, inside and out. Dr Lee performs all the injectables (fillers, BOTOX^®) and laser treatments (photofacial, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal) at Clarity. Due to Dr. Lee's expertise, Clarity was voted "Best Place for BOTOX^®" by San Jose Mercury News' Readers' Choice Award in 2012, 2011 and 2010. Dr Lee has also been awarded Obagi's 4-Diamond Partner Award. Dr. Lee has been Clarity’s Medical Director since 2006.

Amy Lee

Marketing and Operations Director

Ms. Lee earned her Masters in Business Administration and has extensive customer service experience. Amy has in-depth knowledge and training in skin physiology, laser applications and cosmeceuticals; she has been working very closely with Dr. Lee to ensure your comfort and wellness. Amy, who is also a certified Viora / Reaction specialist and Zerona technician, is dedicated to providing you a comprehensive treatment plan.

Jolly Dalal

Clinical Aesthetician

Voted "Best Facialist" in Best of Silicon Valley by San Jose Mercury News in 2011 and 2010, Ms Dalal has over 10 years of skin care experience. She is an expert in threading, a skill only few technicians have mastered. Ms. Dalal provides pampering facials that include reflexology and acupressure massage. She is experienced in doing glycolic peel, salicylic peel, and Silk Peel Dermal Infusion and Obagi Radiance Peel. In addition, she is a certified Zerona and Viora / Reaction technician.

Cecile Hoang

Patient Coordinator, Makeup Artist

Cecile Hoang has extended knowledge in cosmeceuticals and is a certified Colorescience and Jane Iredale makeup artist. Her expertise is doing camouflage post laser or injection procedures. She just acquired her Bachelor's Degree in San Jose State University and is now seeking her Masters Degree.

Traci Stengl

Patient Coordinator, Medical Assistant

Traci Stengl, a licensed cosmetologist and medical assistant, has extensive training in Obagi and SkinCeuticals products. She is a certified Zerona techician and also a Jane Iredale makeup artist.
